Madrid Río project below (2012)
The project addresses the need to regenerate an urban void resulting from the intersection of infrastructure: highway, secondary road and railway.
Our idea is to create an entertainment area associated activities related to man and other vegetation and (naturally divided by an ancient stream) planted to orchards.
In the image can be seen as vegetation-left-is structured by a great language that crosses the field vegetable lengthwise and another area for urban gardens following the idea of crackto partition each plot to bring water to each and every one of them.

vegetation to this language are added a series of winding roads that mark stays within the scope aimed at different types of activities. The vegetation used in each area of the tongue plant (three in total) correspond to a type of activity associated with a color, determined and position within the set area.

the problems caused due to the proximity to an expressway are solved through interventions in the topography to which there is a simultaneous character.
