6 Degrees Interactive Exhibit by The Lightswitch

“It could be by chance, a particular event, a certain circumstance, or another person— we are connected in more ways than we can ever imagine.”

IN THE BEGINNING

Our first interactive exhibit held in Alabang Town Center was geared to bring to light the connections individuals shared. We wanted to do something that wasn’t just on display for our own exhibit, and this led us to our little interactive photo mapping of the Southern community.

We took portraits of strangers using a makeshift studio, printed and posted these shots on large sets of cork board panels where people could connect their pictures to portraits of their friends and acquaintances. What it resulted to was a visual piece dedicated to convey the simple truth that it most certainly is a small town after all.
SUPERSIZED

As a finale to Alabang Town Centers Summer Salta, our exhibit was brought to life at a larer scale in cooperation with Alabang Town Center. Our second exhibit entitled "Supersized", brought our exhibit to three times the original scale and we are now in the works of bringing the exhibit to even more communities.
