Carlos and his wife Terre were Italian immigrants who moved to the Florida Keys with their children in the year 2000. They were inspired to start a juice company after experiencing all the wonderful flavors and variety of produce that the Florida Keys had to offer. Carlos and his wife wanted to make a drink that would inspire their children to try new things. After years of planning, experimenting, and growing their own food, they finally came up with the right combination of flavors that kids would enjoy trying.  In 2006 they opened up their own Juice bar and it has been a hit with local families and has even brought in costumers from all across the United States.
