Whole is better
It goes wihtout saying that the things we use should be whole. However, not all of them are and it's not always easy to realise this.
For example, the processing of regular cereals removes nutrient rich parts from them. Whole grain Nestle cereals contain everything Nature has created for your health. On top of proteins and carbs for energy, whole grain Nestle cereals are rich in minerals, vitamins, fibers and healthy nutrients.
Doesn't it go without saying then that you shouldn't be satisfied with less than whole?
