Meet Ellie. She's a basset labrador with a bad attitude and an appetite for destruction. She's watching the world burn and basking in the glow of her accomplishments.

For this project, I chose my dog Ellie as the subject because I've been dying to do something with this picture I snapped over the summer. I found an early morning sunrise picture of (I think?) New York City and used filters and curves to make it look more like the city was burning. I also used several images of smoke and fire to give more of an apocalyptic feel. Masks and blending layers  abound on this piece!
