ISOVER MULTI-COMFORT HOUSE
Competion project
The aim of a competition was to develop a vision for a community development located in the perimeter of the Krasny Dvor district. The territory is conceptually proposed to be developed on the principle of quarters modules. In order to achieve the Multi-Comfort criteria the project represent the high-performance thermal, acoustic, fire protection and daylight requirements.
Concept:
The main goal of the project was to minimize energy losses. The building took the form of a simple block of repetitive modules. The building from the top and sides was covered by an additional coating, which at the same time was a cover of staircases. On the glazed side of the building, the better thermal insulation was obtained through the innovative use of mineral wool. It was adapted for use as a window blind, referring simultaneously to the local culture, original patterns were sewn onto it.
