Artist and film-maker, winner of AAA Cercasi Viaggiatore ofchannel 405 on SKY is about to do a journey around the world to assessthe state of the snow planet, and the impact of Hip Hop sub-culture onthe natives.
Chamonix 08 June 2007 An incredible journey aroundthe world to learn about the future of snow. Andrea haero Fabellini,35 years, spray-artist, film-maker, traveler from Courmayeur (for hisjob) Chamonix (for love), is about to embark on his second round theworld. The main task assigned by Nat Geo Adventure Italy is to documentthe state of the snow around the globe. Since some of the stops willinclude capital cities and metropolitan areas, he will also investigatethe impact of Hip-Hop sub-culture on natives. Backpack stuffed with afew clothes, camera, video-camera and laptop, the take off isestablished for 24 July 2007 from London.
Andrea Fabellini is one of the two winners of AAA CercasiViaggiatore contest organized by Adventure One, Nat Geo Adventuresince may 1 (channel 405 on SKY) . Mr. Fabellini will travel for 6months, filming, meeting scientists, journalists, opinion makers andcommon people. And his impressions and reports will be published on www.natgeoadventure.it.

The Snow Must Go On: The passion for snowSince 1986 something in the mechanism that regulates the formation of snow in the atmosphere got stuck.
Because of this serious phenomenon, I will dedicate the Round theWorld Im about to start, to the in-field verification, anywhere Icould reach mountains and snow, including South Africa and Lesotho, ofthe catastrophic forecasts of climatologists, now official and adoptedby the UN. I want to know if coastal areas around the world will beflooded by the rise of the seas, or if mountains will undergo radicaltransformations such as the melting of glaciers, which are the numberone source of fresh water, fundamental for our very existence.
Roaming and documenting widely in the austral winter and NorthAmerica, I will try to detect reactions and document actions, thevariations of snow phenomena, the melting of glaciers, through thetestimony of the locals because the show of the snow must go on. Andrea concludes.

Dalla constatazione di questograve fenomeno nasce dallidea di dedicare il mio giro del mondo.Ovunque possa recarmi, tra cui Sud Africa e Lesotho, voglio verificaree mostrare se le catastrofiche previsioni dei climatologi, oraufficiali e adottate perfino dalle Nazioni Unite, si stannoeffettivamente realizzando. Voglio capire se le aree costiere sarannoinondate dallinnalzamento del livello del mare e se le montagnesubiranno radicali trasformazioni come la sparizione dei ghiacciai, iquali sono la sorgente numero uno di acqua potabile, fondamentale perla nostra stessa esistenza.
Cercherò conclude Andrea Fabellini di raccoglierequanto più materiale possibile, per cercare di sensibilizzare quellaparte di umanità che trascura lambiente, perchè lo spettacolo dellaneve, deve continuare.
