The AMiS Medication Box, an intelligent medication storage system. The concept and functionality were devised by Promea Industrial Design, commissioned by Alphatron Medical. After a successful prototype, I was approached by Promea to strengthen the team during the engineering phase of the plastic injection-molded components. Collaborating with Pekago Covering Technology, we successfully preserved the sleek design and delivered a production-ready design.

Twenty-six unique plastic components, a sleek design, a locking mechanism for 16 drawers, modular construction, assembly convenience, adherence to hospital requirements, and interfaces with metal parts made this project a significant challenge. The outcome has exceeded all expectations!
