When a user lands on the site, they are greeted by a DJ character, who will be our host for journey.
User is prompted to log in via their Weibo to begin their Beetle ID journey. Once logged in, the screen animates as all online personal data are gathered and drawn into the experience.
All the genes of user’s and Beetle’s collected and visually embedded into 2 records that the DJ will spin and mix.The DJ drops the records on the decks and begins to spin, triggering the users data (genes) and Beetle’s to rise, animating as each piece appears.
The result, your Beetle appears and the user is presented with their official Beetle ID featuring user & Beetle stats.

The Conclusion of the Beetle ID experience.
Once the user has completed all 5 steps and witnessed theirs and Beetle’s connection we want to celebrate their participation and reward them with something they can share with their friends, which will ultimately amplify the campaign.
So, we create a unique music video, that mashes their personal information and their Beetle ID experience into a short, personalized music video.
