After World War II, the Camp Reinsehlen was used by the British troops as a military camp for tank battalions. Now the nature and event hotel Camp Reinsehlen is located on the renatured terrain.
Some of the old military buildings, such as the tank repair halls, were integrated into the hotel concept. This year the hotel has been extended with two hotel wings and a new restaurant.
