While working on another project last year, the phrase "dead pixel" popped into my head and I decided to design a poster around it. I wanted the typeface to imitate the blockiness of individual pixels, so I spent a lot of time designing simplistic, blocky letters on graph paper before transferring it to my computer. The bleeding pixel was added at the very end to push the poster's subtle macabre humor.
