These images are a part of my personal effort to imagine what Panama City could look like with progressive redevelopment and infill construction. This effort has grown into helping to visualize the goals of a grass-roots citizen effort to improve Panama City called "RE:PC". The purpose is to revitalize the historic commercial nodes by making them more mixed-use, dense, and walkable. Most of these maps are based on previous work done for the Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and its component Community Redevelopment Areas: Downtown, Downtown North, Millville, and St. Andrews.
