Loan 2 Value (L2V) is a non-profit organization that is harnessing the revenues and profitability created in the real estate and mortgage industries to raise awareness and funds for local community causes. 

The non-profit's focus is to create partnerships with Better Home and Garden real estate company in all of its regional locations to donate a certain amount of each transaction to a local cause, which will be rotated every quarter year. 

I was responsible for the branding, web and UX, marketing and print design.
