I had an idea to make a logo for one of my projects, hvoya audio, out of different stuff from the forest floor. Hvoya is a transcription of Russian word for for conifers. We rarely get sunny days here in autumn, so as soon as the clouds broke I grabbed a camera and went to the closest forest where the needles are growing.
The first couple of variants were not bad, but not what I wanted.
Then I stumbled upon a pile of cut branches covered with lichen.
After tinkering with it for quite some time I finally came up with a version that I liked.
However, the light was changing because the sun was already moving fast and the clouds were coming back too.
