Collaborating with designers and programmers, I helped create an immersive 360/VR  tour for Lawrence University. I worked with the GoPro Omni kit to capture photo and video, and Autopano Video/Giga to stitch and edit files.
This 360/VR image represents one of the myriad capture locations. I worked closely with the Admissions office and designers to determine location priorities, carefully considering how each image/location would fit together.
(PLEASE NOTE: 360 videos can be viewed in most browsers or the youtube app for mobile – they are not compatible with safari and some mobile browsers)
To supplement content inside the tour, I created an immersive video playlists of key touch points/events (like welcome week activities and traditions). See the full playlist/website. As more material is collected/edited, I plan to create additional playlists/websites (highlighting a range of campus events).

Indoor locations were determined using a combination of website data and institutional priorities, linking to additional/supporting media. In the end, I captured and edited almost every building on campus (with matching interior captures).

The supplemental immersive playlists also provided an opportunity to bring viewers inside the student journey (joining classrooms and discussions). See the full playlist/website. As more material is collected/edited, I plan to cover the entire students journey (immersive research, off campus perforamces and commencement ceremonies coming soon!)
