The Maximus Pop-Up Store was created at the Dutch Design Week 2012. Showing new designs for Brutus full flavoured American Amber Lager and Stout 8 Rich Dark Roasted beer. There was a lot attention for the Maximus 6-pack, plates, glasses and not to forget the custom Stainless Steel Bottle openers. The 5000 coasters were all taken away by visitors. One visiting grandma tried to steel the King Size Bottle Opener, but it didn't fit here bag and she couldn't carry it anyway then she laughs.
I specially would like to thank the boys and girls from Pop Up Pallets, for lending me a shit-load of pallets to build the interior! The DDW 2012 was extremely fun camping for 9 long ongoing days in store with no running water, heating and other basic facilities but a lot Stout 8, more I could ever handle. Ivo and all the others thanx for having a really good time and a shower once in a while. Next year more beer.
