Located in Northern Virginia, Detail Authority specializes in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation and auto detailing services for those who want the greatest protection for their vehicles from rock and road debris damage. The owner of Detail Authority felt his print marketing materials weren’t reflective of the superior quality of service and products offered to customers —especially owners of luxury vehicles and high-end auto dealers seeking predelivery auto detailing services. Auto detailing for vehicles that are highly customized, rare, and expensive investments require the care and attention of skilled professionals — those who know about paint, plastic, and proper procedures. I redesigned the auto detailing services brochure and business card to better reflect their higher caliber of care and appeal to their target customer. The introduction of the new materials has led to growth in new and repeat requests for auto detailing services—particulary for the premium detailing packages. Digital printing, in shorter quantities, has kept costs within budget and has allowed for periodic additions of new and improved services.
