固装的家具不仅需要较为繁琐的包装,且运输成本较高。是否有较为方便的可拆装结构?当看到简洁的日本鸟居(Torii)建筑时,我找到了一个解决方案。经过反复的探索,最终诞生了TORII TABLE。
Non-assemble furniture are not only need complicated packages, but also cause relatively high transportation cost.Is there a more convenient detachable structure?
The question got the answer when it comes to the simple Japanese Torii building. With continuously research and attempt, here comes the TORII TABLE
鸟居的存在提醒来访者,踏入鸟居即意味着进入神域,之后所有的行为举止都应特别注意。通过仿形也想传递给使用者精神文化层面的东西。在设计过程中出于实用性的考虑,进行了很多细节的处理。此外它还具有平板包装、DIY、天然环保等优点。
TORII is a unique housing post, which reminds visitors to pay attention to their behaviors after they enter into a sacred place.It also dedicates to pass something spiritual and cultural to the users through the profile modeling design.
For practical considerations, a lot of details are dealt with in the design process. In addition, it also has the advantages of flat packaging, DIY, environmental friendly, etc..

表面木蜡油处理:防腐
Surface wood wax oil treatment: anti-corrosion
使用者可自行组装,享受动手的乐趣。在需要搬家时,可拆装后搬运。
Customers could enjoy the joy of assembly and disassembly on their own. And also they can disassemble it when they need to move.
实用性:桌面下沉3mm,防止东西滚落。
Practicality: The desktop sink 3mm to prevent things rolling.
安全性:棉线连接中间交叉的横杆和桌面上的木棒,旋转木棒,带动棉线一起旋转,棉线拉力增强,最终木棒与桌面存在摩擦力而固定下来。桌面中间有圆孔,能穿过木棒。
Safety: The cotton thread connects the middle crossbar and the stick on the table, rotate that stick could drive the cotton thread to rotate as well.
With the increase tension of the cotton thread, the friction between the stick and the desktop will finally put this table into a stable and fixed status. There is a hole in the middle of the table which could pass through that stick.
可拆装结构:采用鸟居的结构,方便拆装。
Adopting the Torii structure in order to disassemble and assemble conveniently.
榫卯结构:使用更长久。
Mortise and Tenon Structure: longer product life
可作为边桌以及花架使用。
It can be used as a side table and planter.
