EXPERIMENTAL
HOUSE NUMBER

Using the combination of copper pipe and reflective plexiglass, this set of house number is inspired by transforming raw constructional materials into a piece of work that is timelessly sophisticated with a compelling contrast between colors and metallic finish.

I create a typographic grid system to design the whole set of numbers with very few modules. All copper pieces are carefully calculated and measured before bending and cutting by hand. Holes are drilled on the side of the copper pipes allowing plexiglass to connect with other pieces. After all parts have been correctly assembled, the numbers are sanded and polished with metal wax.
