The premise in experential design is to create a design solution through experience. The aim of this design scheme is not to sympathize (trying to solve the problems that people go through) and rather empathy (know how to feels to be in another person's shoes and then design with this mind. Through experential learning comes reZam which is a take on imagery and photography. This is an application that if developed should enable the current and future owners of photography as an art form to be able to place an identity on the actual work. This is a design solution that came up as a result of experiencing the disability of being deaf. The realization of this experience is that the eyes receive a great amount of information (similarly to what photography offers the real world). However photography in most cases has been made identifiable through the use of watermarks (physical markers). reZam's aim therefore is to use the current enormous database solutions to auto-generate identities for artists (photographers, designers, even the occasional dabber) in this line of art.

Just like every smart app developer, the aim of this solution is not to alienate any of the current or future technological mobile platforms. Therefore this UI/UX design should be able to be accommodated on any platform. This build however follows the design guidelines expressed in google's material design which essentially allows app designers to create solutions that follow everyday real world experiences.
The thinking in this design is that reZam's iconic button should have the ability to encompass more than one functionality in that it should enable the users to not only access the camera but they should also be able to snap photos and scan their images to link it not only to themselves but also other owners if any.
By linking reZam to social media platforms, the hope is to use them as an essential resource in not only identifying photographs, but the hope is that this will also discourage potential plagiarists by offering a copyright solution for the artists.
The reZam logo borrows its look from a photocopier or a scanner and how the process of scanning actually occurs. As the laser light in the scanner moves from one end to another across the scan surface this reads the document reads line by line and the intention was to replicate this feel as a resemblance to the act involved during the identification of photography.
In addition to the current logo and the fab button that have been described above, additional variations have been created to be used as the application evolution continues.
Further insight into the inner workings of this design can be found in the EXPERENTIAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION which has information regarding the experience, research, ideation, conceptualisation, build and vast amounts of testing involved as part of this design.
