FCA Digital Dealer - UI/UX

FCA DIGITAL DEALER
The FCA Dealer Digital Programme is a new initiative designed to help coordinate national and local efforts in the digital space. The programme is a collection of tools, process, and support that will enable each dealer to engage local in-market shoppers and sell more vehicles. 

I created visual interfaces in an Agile Scrum team
I designed mockup after receiving wireframes from UX designers, and discussing with project manager about usability. The UI assets were delivered with weekly deadlines and direct presentations to the client. We created prototypes with Invision, definition of guidelines and libraries.


The FCA Dealer Website has been designed to perform, without additional dealer effort required. For those dealers that have the time and resources, a full administrative site is available. Through this administrative site, dealers can update content, upload promotions, and personalise their local experience. Dealers can also contact the dealership support team for assistance.

The FCA Dealer Website has been built from the ground up with the very latest technology including cloud-based hosting. It will be updated regularly with additional features and functionality. The sites’ responsive designs guarantee they will be compatible with any device or screen size, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Additionally, the FCA Digital website is naturally optimized for organic search, ensuring the websites appear as high as possible on search engine result pages in the “free listings” section.


GUIDELINES



Dealer websites are typically the destination for consumers looking to interact with vehicles, understand the most recent promotions and select a dealer. We’ve applied industry best practices and research to ensure that this type of information is readily available to visitors, maximising the chance to capture new sales and aftersales opportunities.


The many brands of FCA have their own identity and each brand website has its own personality. The FCA Dealer Website will keep these identities intact, carrying the same look and feel for each. Dealers with multiple mandates will have a “dealer home page” which links to a separate experience for each brand. Dealers that have only one mandate will have just one site for that brand.
