Crackling energy, colorful characters, supportive fellow urban sketchers, intriguing eats, there you have it folks:  The Minnesota State Fair, even on a rainy and drizzly day was packed and super active, offering a budding illustrator like myself a bonanza of visual exploration and discoveries.
