Illustration created for Secret Artist. The initial concept for the piece was an ordinary broken dagger. After playing around with the image I decided that I wanted to portray the spirit/ghost of the dagger. The breaking of the blade can be seen as the end of the dagger's usefulness, the death of it's utility, thus resulting in the ghost of the blade. The illustration is available on tshirts.
