King Manwe, Breath of Arda, the world.
Based off the gods, the Valar in J.R.R Tolkien's book, The Silmarillion. 

Before The Lord of the Rings, before The Hobbit, and on there was The Silmarillion. The book that explained the world of Arda and all it's becoming into existence.

Manwë, meaning "Blessed One". Controls the winds, and the Eagles who are at his command. He lives atop the highest Mount in the world, in the sky's between the earth and the heavens. He holds the highest authority among the other gods. And husband to Varda. Queen of Arda and the Stars in the heavens. Manwë is also the brother to Morgoth, the Dark Lord who sought to make Arda his own.
