Title Sequence Pitch / Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns

This was a title sequence pitch I created for the Guild Wars 2 expansion: Heart of Thorns.
The expansion story revolved around monstrous plants, jungle adventure, and origin stories.
Because of the plant/jungle theme, I decided to combine a mix of concept art, in-game cinematics,
macro footage of plants and other time-lapse footage that would represent some of the moments in history.
Since this was an internal pitch with no budget, I had to source the macro footage from online resources.
The majority of footage/inspiration came from Pablo Rios who shot some amazing macro footage!
Unfortunately, the project never got off the ground...what's left are a few of my experiments in compositing.
