BOURBON COFFEE : TWITTER SOCIAL NETWORK !
Bourbon Coffee is Kigali's premiere signature coffee brand with four coffee shops situated in the city & at the airport - the flagship branch at MTN Center is experiencing a lull in customer visits - we were briefed to turn this around - the activation is only three weeks old but twitter is proving to be instrumental in turning this around through creating a customer engagement platform !
We reward all who follow us on twitter with a regular coffee on the house - by simply showing an invitation tweet on your mobile phone to the cash desk you get to enjoy a regular coffe !
Twitter is linked with facebook & foursquare - by building an online social network it will transfer to a real social network of visitors to bourbon coffee !
