Loyalty platform
Staatsloterij asked my employer Doornvogel to create a loyalty platform for clients who have been members of the brand for years. Our team was eager to work on the assignment. The team consisted of a designer(me), copywriter, developers, project managers and a account manager. In response to the question we made the following concept. Give your lottery ticket a second change! Every time a client buys a lottery ticket they receive points and they can redeem these points for prizes and discounts within the platform.        

After a ‘'go'’ on the concept I started with creating ux wireframes and took the full design into account. The result you can see below. The challenge was to get the right balance between attractive images, bright colours and a lot of different content. The loyalty platform was a great success and still increases the satisfaction of loyal clients.
