This was for my Typopgraphy II class where we were given an article written by Ellen Lupton and asked to created a folded broadsheet completely handlettered.

This piece was selected by Ellen Lupton herself to be placed into York College's 2012 Annual Juried Student Exhibition.

This project was a revisit that was originally completed in Illustrator. However, after finding an interest in handlettering, I went back and redid this book all my hand. The title comes from an essay we had to write, and then told to create a book with that title. When I heard of Spark Thoughts my ideas was the notion of thought provoking or interesting quotes.
