Goals
This spec project highlights the life and art of undiscovered photography talent, Vivian Maier. The main challenge with this piece was fitting in 20-something images in a 5-page spread. I adjusted the scale of type elements to create interest, and used entire spreads to showcase the photography whenever possible.

Techniques
When lining up multiple images I broke the rhythm in order to keep things fresh. Maier used negative space in an amazing way, so one of the most enjoyable aspects of this project was using the spaces that she created in her photos to strengthen the layout.
