The World Maritime University (WMU), located in Malmö, Sweden, is a prestigious postgraduate maritime university, established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), a specialized agency of the United Nations. WMU is renowned for its commitment to maritime education, research, and capacity building in the pursuit of global sustainable development goals.

Every year, WMU publishes an academic handbook, a comprehensive compilation showcasing the university’s activities, accomplishments, graduates, and milestones achieved during the preceding year.

In 2017, we at 2be Studios were honored to collaborate with WMU to design their annual academic handbook. Our goal was to create a design that is reflective of the university’s stature and its mission, combining elegance with functionality to ensure the handbook is both informative and engaging.
