BOOK DESIGN. VOLUMEN.1
VOLUMEN.1 is a debut book of poetry by Belarusian poet and musician Michal Baranouski. The book consists of three thematic parts showing different periods of Michal's creative evolution both in poetry and drawing. So, my part as a book designer was to find a conceptual turn which could combine these two sides of creativity not only as a text/illustration correlation but as a whole project to show the inner world of the poet by the means of visual language using his own visual lexems.
During this work process I designed the following items:
- book concept;
- book layouts;
- book cover.

The book was published at the Knihazbor Publishing House (Minsk, Belarus) in December, 2016, and awarded the best poetry debut at Literature Debut By The Name Of Maksim Bahdanovich Award, Belarus, in March, 2017.
