In early June 2011, the Greenhouse Association invited a few young designers to a ceramics workshop in the Atelier of Arlette and Marc Simon, in the region of the Haute-Loire.

Invité par l'association Greenhouse et par les céramistes Marc et Arlette Simon, cet atelier a été l'occasion de commencer une expérimentation primitive de la matière terre. Il y a une affinité fondamentale entre le matériau terre et l'acte de cuisson. Cette proposition vise à explorer les possibilités d'une cuisson sous cette atmosphère particulière, créée par cette cloche. Après les expositions, des essais culinaires devront valider ces possibilités. Expériences olfactives, visuelles, matérielles, gustatives. Terre rouge chamottée.
