Rationale: 

“Yoga without hums and fancy words.”

This publication aims to present the abstract practice of meditational yoga in a way that can be used by one and all. This is done through an interactive manual that will:
- Track ones thoughts and moods, 
- Improve their inner self through the practice 
- Set weekly intentions for a better lifestyle. 

A balance between the inner and outer self will be finally achieved.

The design of this manual was aimed at challenging the habitual aesthetic of yoga, thus presenting it in a more practical, gender neutral manner. The publication is made of 2 parts; a manual which focuses on relaxation practice and a monthly calendar which acts as a platform to set weekly intentions and rate ones emotional process.​​​​​​​
Authentic Features: 
- Translucent paper was chosen as it blurred the lines between the cover and inner pages of the book. Therefore what is inside becomes the outside and vis-versa. 
- The exercises are experienced with the turn of each page, giving the reader full control on the speed of his/her meditation process. 
- For all readers new to the practice, the manual has smaller opaque pages with every new stage of the practice, further explaining the technicalities behind the exercise.
