For The Anat Cohen Quartet
The Anat Cohen Quartet’s music has a very romantic essence that portrays a sense of intimacy. The sultriness of their sound is paired with a powerful, strong aspect that lives in harmony together. In order to illustrate this characteristic, I fused two contrasting elements to compare the hard with the soft. The clarinet's appearance has powerful lines and a certain strength, while the scarf is much more delicate and flows organically.
