Khalifa fund for Enterprise Development was established on June 3rd 2007 to help local enterprise development in the UAE.
The Fund aims to create a new generation of Emirati entrepreneurs by instilling and enriching the culture of investment among Emirati youth as well as supporting SMEs in the UAE.
Khalifa Fund has branches in Al Ain and Western Region. In 2011 Khalifa Fund expanded to reach the Northern Emirates with three more branches in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Khalifa Fund’s role is to fuel an entrepreneurial culture, drive innovation and sustainable growth of Emirati SMEs that contribute to social and economic development of the UAE. Currently the focus is on offering an infrastructure that supports SMEs with funding options, retail outlets and marketing strategies that ensure the sustainability of the business.
