Initial concept Sketches
For the creation of the Nemeziz we got inspired by the ancient ritual of taping hands and ankles in sports like boxing, martial arts and even ballet. We took this ritual as an inspiration as the athlete prepares mentally and physically for the performance. We developed a football specific 360 torsion tape that connects heel to toes to provide a never seen before torsion of the foot so it can move naturally while providing the ultimate lockdown experience.
This totally new football boot concept from adidas is made for agile and nimble players like Leo Messi, Roberto Firmino and Renato Sanches.
