Where recruiting breaks free
This project is designed as an employers-meet-candidates(students) recruiting service platform.
 Employers meet  students' "real"
This platform includes snap photos and tags as communication tools between students and employers. The students are able to express themselves more freely and precisely to their future employers as more and more younger generations are familiar with such communication tools.
Resolving the conservative Japanese recruiting system
Formally described elements in this platform create simontanaeious and imminent encounters between the two parties. Thus,  "JOBREAK" breaks the conservative, outdated framework of recruiting in Japan, and create more causal, simple, and meaningful opportunities for both students and employers.
Background
In Japan, (junior and senior) university students must follow the strict recruiting tradition without truly understanding the meaning of the tradition. I was one of those students who had to blindly follow the rules while I was job hunting in Japan. What confused me more during the time was that the strict rules also apply to the employer companies as well.
I observed then that it must be difficult that the companies are allowed to hire university students(later graduates/employees) only during one short period in a year. Companies may not need someone quite at that time but maybe a little later, or they could already be in short of employees before the recruiting period opens.
Companies having to read large volume of candidates' resumes in a short period of time also seemed tiring and inefficient. Not only are those resumes in large volumes, but also the most important piece of information written on the resumes are buried in long unnecesary sentences and other contents in the "entry sheet".
*entry sheet: resumes formatted for applying for a specific position. Includes extra information seemingly relevant to the very position.
Companies occasionally have to contact students(candidates) through recruitment agent, and this slows down the process for both parties, creating frustrations. Even when a company finally makes a job offer, if that candidate had applied through a recruiting agent, the company has to pay an expensive fee to the agent. This cost may put small but good companies on a disadvantage in hiring in a highly competitive recruiting market.
