The project was to design five housing unitsin a long narrow infill site in Jumeriah .The proposed housing units respond to thesite opportunities and limitations. The project targets the issue of limitedlight in the middle units by raising them above one floor and rotating them 90 degreesallowing more exposure to sun light, more views and better ventilation within theunits. The proposed strategy allows each unit to have an exterior private space– 3 gardens for the lower units and roof terraces for the upper units.
