Keeping good produce from going bad

Fruits and vegetables naturally emit ethylene gas, which promotes ripening and leads to early spoilage. The GreenSaver, for household brand OXO, lives in the fridge keeping produce fresh longer. A natural carbon filter absorbs the ethylene gas slowing the aging process.
