Manhattan Mini Storage

The Project: Family-owned and operated since 1956, Manhattan Mini Storage sought to create a mobile optimized version of ManhattanMiniStorage.com The goal of the project was to optimize the conversion funnel for prospective customers, while better serve existing customers who visit the site on mobile devices. The challenge was to create a meaningful UX for mobile users with “on the go” priorities, as well as overcoming any UX hurdles related to the use of the existing website. In the process, I paired user intent with mobile analytics data to drive UX interaction decisions.
