I wanted to offer something attractive but also beneficial. The restaurant does not accept credit cards or checks so the ordering online portion is to enable prospective customers to view their total before venturing to the location for pick-up
The target audience would prefer to order during their lunch break and have the ability to come and pick up their order without having to pick up the phone to place their request. The act of ordering online provides convenience for individuals who might not have the ability to step away from the office to make a phone call and prefer to engage by ordering online.
