This was my first ever venture into web design. I worked to create a minimalist design that features black and white photos that when rolled over would turn into full color versions, for emphasis and so that small areas of detail would command the viewers attention.
I chose the artist Michael Wolf due my connection to Hong Kong, and found his series from the area to be very intriguing. His original site seems arbitrarily constructed, and I thought it would be appropriate to give the layout more structure and flow. His original website has since been replaced with a much more appealing design.
