Cycle Pretoria was an iterative project in which sets of surveys were used as a tool to develop a variety of design options. The outcomes of each survey helping to inform design aspects including programmes, functions, cycle routes, aesthetics and branding.

The design was the result of continuous iterations between research and the resulting influence, building from the first project as a baseline to determine a suitable final approach.
