Alan Hamrick not only lives in Downtown San Diego, he breathes it. It’s his air, his water, his living, his entertainment, and his family. So it made sense for him, as a real estate agent, to rebrand himself as the singular source for information about living downtown.

His website is unique among his competitors: He has carefully curated information about nearly every condominium and apartment building downtown, cataloguing everything from management companies to lawsuits filed by unit owners.

Using a layout beautifully prepared by Hollis Brand Culture, Honest Code built a custom WordPress theme to help Alan keep all this content together. Additionally, we integrated the IDXPress plugin to dynamically import current property listings from the Multiple Listing Service. Later, we created HTML email campaign templates (and wrote copy, too) to support his business, along with some printed postcards, too.

The only improvement we couldn’t make was to the Padres season record.
