Discharge printing is a technique of fabric printing where fabric is given a design by using bleach( i used ALA). Brushes and other painting nibs are being dipped into the bleach and apllied on the dark coloured bleachable fabric by giving any type of design to it.

Precautions: take care of the brushes,if brushes are being dipped for a longer period in the bleach they might get burn due to the acidic properties of bleach.

Fabric: any dark coloured bleachable cotton fabric, prefferably cotton poplin or rubia.

Other raw material:

1.news paper or waste papers to put under the main fabric so that bleach does not harm the surface.

2.small container, for keeping bleach (tip- take out bleach in smaller quantities else it will evaporate eventually)
