Online platform for parents and tutors to find nannies or nurses to help them take care of their children. The goal is to find the right professional easier according to the child care needs, using a series of filters like children’s age, special needs among others combined with friends indications. This was a freelance work for the startup Swell IT Solutions, hired to develop all of the products. 

The platform had to work like similar ones for other services like taxi, hotels and others, counting on other parents that have already worked with a given professional to assure their precedence. The client wanted the design and implementation of a responsive website, a mobile app for iOS and Android with equivalent functionalities and an Administration website for managing the platform. The solutions adopted included a design approach with clean, minimal aesthetics, strong colours and lots of round edges to give a fun look to the elements in the interface. 

The client provided a briefing with the requirements and detailed description of the features, hiring me to work mainly on UI solution.

I chose to take a leaner approach, doing only sketches of the interface and going straight to implementing the front-end using them as a guide. This proved to be very useful, since I was able to test the solutions much faster with real users and make the corrections straight in the code. This cycle was repeated until an ideal solution was developed.
