Battlefield 3 is deemed the most realistic first-person-shooter video game on the market. From the amazing graphics to the interactive environments, the game gives users an immersive experience.

GUERRILLA

Part of the challenge in doing integrated campaigns is to keep the concept consistent. Battlefield 3 needed to hit the streets and create a lot of buzz around their game. That is why I created a guerilla campaign with soldiers in different locations: breaching, rappelling, and sniping. This idea of life-sized soldiers placed on the streets accentuates how realistic the game is.

APP

Apps are by far the most strategic media for interactive advertising and cost less to develop than billboards. Gamers love technology and free unlocks. So in order to follow the rapid growth of post-PC development, I designed Freeplay.

Battlefield 3: Freeplay is a free app that offers multiplayer games, special weapon unlocks and a social network. One fun way to get the app is by scanning the QR code on the guerilla campaign that will direct users straight to the AppStore.
