FACES OF PROTEST
A photo-feature documenting the ongoing farmer protests which are being conducted near the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, India. Farmers from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu have been sitting on a protest demanding loan waiver and better irrigation facilities amongst other things, from the government. (Images Dated- 4th April, 2017)

Two opposites.
Someone said that opposites attract, and my weren't they right. I was lucky enough to capture these 2  complete opposite emotions in the same frame.

A local Tamil leader who was addressing the protestors at the site- While politicians in Tamil Nadu are still busy with bypolls and grappling with the AIADMK merger issue, the Central government has not paid any heed to their protests either.

Faces of Protest- These farmers have been protesting at the Jantar Mantar since March 14 and are demanding a drought relief package of Rs 40,000 crore, farm loan waiver and setting up of Cauvery Management Board by the Centre.
