A Mall That Brings New Meaning to Value
After making significant improvements to the interior and exterior of the mall, Grant Park Shopping Centre (Grant Park) came to us to update their brand and create a campaign to communicate their values to patrons and to introduce their new tenants. Due to their recent renovations, several core aspects of the previous identity had to remain unchanged. With slight adjustments made to the logo mark and refinement of the colour palette, strict design guidelines were developed that would allow Grant Park to be consistent with the application of their identity throughout the mall.

For the campaign, it was critical that the messaging we developed would speak to Grant Park's unique value proposition which was derived from their suite of stores that focus on services that supplement the day-to-day life of its patrons. By bringing essential and convenient shops and services together, Grant Park allows patrons to not only cover the basics, but also gives people the opportunity to save valuable time and get more out of life. “Get More” became the cornerstone of our messaging for its flexibility — serving as both a declarative statement, as well as a call to action. It allows us to communicate the value proposition (get more time and get more out of life) but also contextualizes the sum of all of the services Grant Park has to offer.
