Echology
This was my 3rd submission to Depthcore Chapter XLIV: Echoes. This one was kindly selected to be a featured submission by the other members. For this piece I interpreted the theme 'echoes' as repercussions.
I envisaged that at some time in the future, the surface of the earth has become uninhabitable due to pollution and reckless consumption of natural resources. Consequently humanity has been forced to take to the skies in enormous airborne habitats.
